my renewal went through without any hassle. i had one small question and support got back to me quickly, so the whole thing was simple and stress-free.

"Pretty good on my phone"
I’ve mostly been using mylo.ai on my phone, just for the usual stuff I need it for, and it’s been solid so far. It loads quickly and I’m not constantly pinching the screen or trying to tap some tiny little button, which makes a big difference.
There were maybe one or two times where I had to refresh because something didn’t quite load right, but it wasn’t a big deal. I haven’t really tried everything on it yet, but for when I’m out or just not near my laptop, it’s been easy enough to use and I can get things done fast.

"Quotes came in faster than I expected"
I tried mylo.ai to look at a few insurance quotes, the speed was nice. I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever or keep typing the same info over and over, which I appreciated. I’m still not totally sure how confident I feel about the quality or accuracy of all the options it showed me, so I’d probably double-check before making a final decision. But for saving time and getting a quick idea of what’s out there, it did the job. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m usually skeptical when dealing with customer service because it often feels like you’re getting passed around or told whatever just to end the chat. But this agent was actually professional and easy to talk to. They stayed chill, helped me out, and didn’t make the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I was feeling a little pressured to get things sorted quickly, so the wait made it a bit frustrating.

I liked that Mylo didn’t just toss one random plan at me and call it good. They showed me a few coverage options, which made it way easier to compare things. I was kind of bouncing between what I actually needed and what I didn’t want to overpay for, so that helped a lot.
I was looking for business insurance, and there were choices for different budgets, which was nice. The site was simple to use too, and I never felt like someone was trying to push me into the most expensive thing. They gave me policy suggestions quickly, which made choosing insurance a lot less confusing. That part was helpful, but there were a few moments where I felt like my questions weren’t really being listened to or fully answered.

I’ve been using mylo.ai for a little while now and, it’s been a good experience. I was kind of hesitant at first because I usually stick with tools I already know and trust, so I wasn’t exactly looking to replace anything. But this has been easy to use, simple to navigate, and I haven’t run into any real issues. It does what I need without making things complicated. I’m still a little attached to my usual setup, but I have to admit mylo.ai has been solid overall.

I wasn’t really expecting much from mylo.ai, but I have to admit it was easy to get around. The site is simple, pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to waste time digging around for what I needed. Signing up was straightforward too. I’d like to find something to complain about, but it just worked and didn’t make things harder than they needed to be.

I tried mylo.ai and didn’t need much time to figure it out. Most things were clear and simple, which I really liked. It definitely makes things easier without feeling confusing, though I’m still a little unsure about how reliable or high-quality it’ll be long term.

"Okay site, just a little confusing"
I tried using mylo.ai online and it was alright overall. The site loaded fine and the main features worked, but a few parts were just not super clear to me. I ended up clicking around more than I expected to figure things out. It’s not bad, just feels like it could be smoother and easier to understand. Decent enough, but not amazing.
